Sanity Systems and Product Sales Ireland and UK Limited recently (1st December 2020) released the findings of a study conducted in collaboration with the Department of Molecular Medicine at the University of Padua, one of Italy’s highest-ranking universities. In November 2020 the Department of Molecular Medicine at the University of Padua certified the device of the award-winning Italian company Sanity System (srl) for the sanitisation of environments with ozone technology, as effective in virucidal activity against the SARS-CoV-2 virus with viral load reduction of over 99%. The study was directed by well-known leading Italian microbiologist Professor Andrea Crisanti, a member of the Italian Government’s Medical Advisory Board*, in the Level 3 Safety Laboratory at the university and was completed in accordance with EN standards.
