Fitzers Catering, which celebrates its 30th Anniversary this year, is hosting a myriad of demonstrations and master classes with some of Ireland’s most renowned chefs at The Skillery by Fitzers Catering at Taste of Dublin from 16 – 19 June.  Fitzers Catering, renowned for great Irish food will also showcase its own great companies Vibrant Catering, Savage Food Company and associated Fitzpatrick family businesses Caterway and Jamie’s Kitchen.

 

Top chefs Kevin Thornton, Paul Flynn, Niall Sabongi, Natural Born Feeder Roz Purcell and Fitzers own Executive Chef Leonard Fearon and “Alex” Ting Zhang will demonstrate their skills and share vital culinary tips as they prepare mouth-watering sizzling dishes live in front of a hungry audience.

 

With whole food recipes to tempt taste buds from Roz Purcell, seafood demonstrations from Klaw’s Niall Sabongi, pastry secrets from Robert Bullock of Le Patissier, sushi demonstrations and tips on energy boosting bites from Fitzers’ Executive Chef Leonard Fearon and “Alex” Ting Zhang, there will be skills on show to suit every palate.

 

Fitzers’ Flying Dog unit will also host cocktails from handcrafted Tanqueray No. TEN gin for those looking to enjoy a refreshing tipple as they watch the chefs in action.
