The long-standing tradition, the delicious Christmas Afternoon Tea at Killashee will be available throughout December. Catch up with friends and loved ones in the serene surroundings of The Terrace with stunning views of the winter garden.
Seasonally inspired treats and cakes feature Mulled wine macaroon with mulled wine jelly & milk chocolate ganache, White chocolate & cranberry tart, Praline chocolate Éclair with confit pear, Orange & pistachio cheesecake and Warm buttermilk fruit scones are served with clotted cream, whipped butter & raspberry confiture.
Savouries feature Spiced beef croquette with truffle mayonnaise, Goats bridge trout pate en croute with Trout caviar and Ballylisk triple cream fritter with fig chutney. Seasonal sandwiches feature Smoked Salmon, lemon & dill cream cheese on wholemeal bread along with Roast turkey, cranberry & orange relish and Free range curried egg mayonnaise & chive sandwiches.
